the receptions are very cute, and this was what i expected.

the phone to call the reception was broken. the worst thing happened when i checked out early and left my bag with the bell desk at 5pm, and i came back to collect it at 11pm, and it was left open and unattended. they told me that was how i left it, but i am very disappointed with the security.
