I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious, clean rooms and top-notch service. The fantastic location inside Dubai Mall made exploring the area a breeze, although dining options were a bit limited. The facilities were modern and enjoyable, offering great value for money.

The hotel is attached to the largest Mall in Dubai, offering excellent shopping and dining choices. While the rooms have outdated designs and issues with water heaters, the service stands out for its friendliness and special treats. The location is perfect for shopping at Dubai Mall, and the dining experience, although with a wide variety, can be a bit pricey. Facilities are satisfactory overall.

My stay at Address Hotel was truly memorable. The rooms had everything I needed inside, but they could use some refreshing to remove the lingering smell of cigarettes from the previous guest. Being in the club room with VIP access to the lounge and meals was a fantastic experience. Special thanks to the Moroccan lady, HORIA, whose professionalism and friendliness made me feel more than welcome. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in keeping the hotel clean. I also heard they might renovate the apartments soon.

I had the most amazing view of Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain from my room, and the hotel was kind enough to give us complimentary breakfast at Cez restaurant as well as a late check-out. The rooms were pristine, but they lacked basic items that even a 2-star hotel would arrange, such as slippers. Unfortunately, my extra bed was missing as well.

The hotel may have some outdated aspects, but the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable and suitable for a massage, considering it is a 5-star hotel. However, the overall appearance might not meet modern standards.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The VIP access to the lounge and meals, thanks to the lovely Moroccan lady Horia, made me feel incredibly welcome. The double bed room was spotless, all thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. I'll definitely be coming back for the club room experience. Thank you, Address Hotel, for a truly memorable stay!

The hotel is in a perfect location, neighboring Dubai Mall and the iconic Burj Khalifa, making it incredibly convenient and fantastic for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, ideal for big families, with magnificent views of the fountain side. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff like Maria, Maryam, Rukhsora, and Nirvana always ready to assist with a smile. The dining experience is amazing, offering a variety of options suitable for the entire family. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, cozy, and filled with amenities, making it a great choice for those keen on shopping as the hotel is inside Dubai Mall. The spacious and comfortable room size, along with a small balcony, added to the pleasant experience. However, the road and bridge view was not to my liking.
